If you suffer from migraines, headaches, puffy eyes, etc., this gel ice mask is a life saver. I actually own 2, and keep 1 in the fridge, and 1 in the freezer. Then when I need them, I pull them both out and use the fridge one first, as I find the freezer one to be too cold at first. Then after 15ish min, the refrigerator one looses its chill, and I switch to the one that was in the freezer. The cold with the compression feels so good and really takes the pounding away.
