I know this isn't the more popular around the neck camera holder, but I was searching for one that would accommodate my large phone case that holds cards. That way I could leave my phone in my case instead of risking dropping it without a case. I haven't used the goose neck option, but without the gooseneck it works great. Easy to put on, easy to add my phone and adjust tilting, and not too heavy. My only complaint is that since it rest on my chest, if I take a long video clip, and speed it up, it's not a smooth recording. As it raises and lowers every time I breathe, so the sped up video looks like I'm jumping, lol. Other than that, it gets a fun perspective of what I'm working on, without being in the way.
